All of our maintenance teams are led by highly competent supervisors who inspect the work on a regular basis and take corrective action when necessary. In addition, they:

  • Assign and distribute work
  • Direct the work operation
  • Encourage open lines of communication with all employees and client contacts
  • Promote safe working conditions (HAZCOM, OSHA)
  • Maintain sufficient supplies and equipment
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and proper usage
